RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – LAVILLE
At LaVille, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free from stains, odours, or damage

Returned with all original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and limited release purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

Limited edition or exclusive drops
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item (subject to availability). If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LaVille is not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lavilleclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
